Technical Services Manager USA/CANADA

Essential Responsibilities/Requirements of this position include but are not limited to the following

  • Support new sales through effective tool training
  • Develop clear, concise and effective technical communication materials (manuals…)
  • Engage R&D / engineering customers to promote new & existing products and identify new technology opportunities to address unmet needs
  • Manage team activities to investigate customer complaints and other technical tasks supporting the current business
  • Provide input on solution development and client requirements,
  • Train new and existing customers concerning products
